Oil Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair






Pressure sensor, engine oil

Removal

Raising the vehicle




Raise the vehicle. See: Jacking points body Locations.
Remove the engine splash guard.

Removing oil pressure switch





Hint: Collect any oil spillage using paper or similar.

Disconnect the connector for the oil pressure sensor.
Remove the oil pressure sensor.

Installation

Note! For tightening torques, see: Specifications. Tightening Torque.

Installing the oil pressure sensor
Install the oil pressure sensor. Tighten. See: Tightening torque. Tightening Torque.
Connect the connector for the oil pressure sensor.
Install the lower engine splash guard. Lower the vehicle.
