Preparatory work

Removing the headlining front




Release the front section of the headlining. Refer to: Headlining with sun roof Service and Repair Headlining with sun roof Service and Repair

Caution! When working on the headlining, ensure that there are no creases.

Removal

Removal of the remote receiver
Carefully lower the headlining.

Remove:
- the receiver from the Velcro strip mounting
- the connector.

Installation

Installation of the remote receiver
Connect the connector.
Align the receiver in the embossing in the roof.
Press the receiver onto the Velcro mounting strip.

Finishing

Installing the headlining front
Install the front section of the headlining. Refer to: Headlining with sun roof Service and Repair Headlining with sun roof Service and Repair
Test the function.
