Removal

Note! Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove oxygen sensor (Lambdasond) Refer to: Oxygen sensor (Catalyst monitor sensor), B5254T5 Service and Repair




Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Perform flange joint, assembly Refer to: Flanged joint, assembling Removal and Replacement




Check the component for leaks.
Torque: Catalytic converter to turbocharger, 24 Nm

Perform flange joint, assembly Refer to: Flanged joint, assembling Removal and Replacement




Check the component for leaks.
Torque: M10, 50 Nm

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
