Fault-tracing information
If the customer feels the system functions poorly only at specific instances/locations, there may be poor local reception/coverage.
Compare the difference in sound quality between the hands-free and handset functions. If sound quality is significantly better in hands-free mode, test with an unmounted handset for comparison.
If sound quality is the same in both modes, there may be poor local reception/coverage.
