Screen/circuit board, replacing

Removal

Removing screen/circuit board




Remove the screen's frame.

Hint: Begin on the side of the frame, for easier removal





Caution! Prevent the risk of static electricity by touching a grounded object.

Carefully lift up the screen from the head restraint.
Remove the connector.




Remove the 2 screws.
Carefully lift up the circuit board.





Installation






Note! Check that there are two 6 mm x 50 mm (0.25 in x 2 in) pieces of foam tape as illustrated.

Installing circuit board

Install:
- the connector
- the circuit board
- the bolts, x2

Installing the screen

Note! Always use a new frame when installing the screen.

Install:
- the connector
- the screen
- the frame for the screen
