Headlamp Alignment Sensor: Service and Repair

Position sensor Bi-Xenon lamps, replacing

Location




The position sensor is by the rear axle on the left-hand side.

Preparatory work
Switch off the ignition.
Raise the car.

Removal
Disconnect the connector.

Remove:
- The screw for the bracket
- The nut for the lever
- The position sensor and bracket.
Transfer the bracket to the new position sensor.

Installation

Install:
- The nut for the lever
- The position sensor and bracket
- The screw for the bracket. Tighten.
Connect the connector.

Finishing work
After replacing the position sensor, the new sensor must be calibrated.
