Ignition Control Module: Testing and Inspection

1.
Connect primary leads to coil and pickup assembly to control module.
2.
Disconnect high voltage wire from distributor. Do not disconnect wire from coil assembly.
3.
Using a suitable high voltage holder, hold wire approximately .196 inch (5mm) from ground, crank engine and check for spark,

If no spark appears, replace control module.
