Air Injection Pump: Service and Repair






Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor

Removing

- Remove noise insulation.





- Remove the secondary air hoses - 1 - and - 2 - from the Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (V101) by pressing the release buttons.





- Disconnect electrical connector - 3 -.

- Remove the nuts and remove the secondary air pump.

Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection System Assembly Overview ] Service and Repair.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

• During installation, all cable ties must be re-installed at the same location.

- Install the noise insulation.
