Shift Mechanism Emergency Release, Operating

• When the battery is disconnected or has been discharged, the selector lever cannot be shifted out of the "P" position.

• By operating the manual release Shift Lock Solenoid (N110) will release the selector lever when there is no power supply.

- Remove front ashtray insert.





- Pry cover cap in ashtray housing out with screwdriver - arrow -.

- Press on manual release lever - arrow -, e.g. with a screwdriver, and at the same time, remove selector lever from "P" position.
