Output Shaft Disassembly

^ Tools Required:
- J 22227-A Bearing Remover
- J 41677 Pilot
- 22912-01 Split plate
- Or Equivalents

DISASSEMBLE

1. Front bearing using J 22227-A with J 41677 and a press.

2. Rear bearing and 3rd/4th gear simultaneously using J 22912-01 (inverted) and press.

3. Needle bearing, collar, 2nd gear, 1st/2nd gear synchronizer assembly, 1st gear, and key all together using a press.
4. Thrust bearing and washer.
