C1237 Vehicle Speed Sensor Diagnosis

POSSIBLE SOURCE(S):
- Damaged/missing vehicle speed sensor indicator teeth or missing vehicle speed sensor indicator.
- Weak vehicle speed sensor.
- Air gap too small or too large.
- Excessive axle vibration.
- Loose vehicle speed sensor in rear axle.
- Intermittent short or open in Circuit 523 (R/PK) or 519 (LG/BK).
- Disturbances caused by ignition or Radio Frequency Interference (RFI).
- Defective trigger circuit in antilock brake control module.

ACTION(S) TO TAKE:
- Go to Pinpoint Test P.
