M3 CHECK THE REAR BRAKE ANTI-LOCK SENSOR RESISTANCE

- Key "OFF."

- Disconnect the anti-lock electronic control module.

Anti-lock Electronic Control Module:

- Measure the resistance between the anti-lock electronic control module connector pin 3 circuit 519 (LG/BK) and pin 10 circuit 523 (R/PK) while shaking the wire harness.

Is the resistance steady and between 900-2500 ohms?

> Yes
Perform Pinpoint Test M4. M4

> No
Replace the rear brake anti-lock sensor. Repeat the system pre-check.
