^ Check the parking brake control, parking brake control release handle and cable, parking brake rear cable and conduit and front parking brake cable and conduit and front parking brake cable and conduit for damage, rust, or fraying.

^ Are either the parking brake control, parking brake control release handle and cable, parking brake rear cable and conduit or front parking brake cable and conduit or front parking brake cable and conduit damaged?
