B2401 - Audio Unit
The manufacturer only provided the following information for this code.

Verify that no cassette is inserted in the audio unit.
Clear and document the DTCs.
Remove the audio unit and send it to an authorized Ford audio system repair facility if the same DTC is retrieved again.
Test the system for normal operation.
