Normal Operation
When the multifunction switch is in the RH TURN position, voltage is sent from the multifunction switch to the instrument cluster through circuit CLS41 (GY/YE), and the RH turn signal indicator flashes on and off. The instrument cluster provides the bulb ground through circuit GD161 (BK/YE).

Possible Causes
- Bulb
- Circuit CLS41 (GY/YE) open
- Circuit GD161 (BK/YE) open
- Instrument cluster
