A11 - Check PIP Circuit For Short To Power

- Key Off.
- Breakout box installed, PCM disconnected.
- ICM disconnected.
- EI harness installed.
- Key On, Engine Off.
- Measure voltage between Test Pin 49 at breakout box and battery negative post.
- Is voltage greater than 1.0 volts?
YES -- SERVICE short to power. REMOVE breakout box. RECONNECT all components. Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes
NO -- Go to A12. A12 - Check PIP Signal Circuit For Shorts To Ground
