Check for blockage/restrictions or cut hoses between engine vacuum port and carbon canister.

Check for blockage in
fuel tank vent system.

Is there a fault indicated? YES -- REPLACE damaged vacuum hoses, or REMOVE blockage/restrictions. Rerun quick test.
