DL21 - Rerun Self-Test w/EGR Vacuum Line Disconnected



Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 327 indicates the Pressure Feedback EGR (PFE) sensor signal is less than the Self-Test minimum.

- Key "OFF".

- Disconnect EGR valve vacuum line at valve and plug vacuum line.

- Perform Key On Engine Running (KOER) Self-Test.

- Is DTC 327 or 326 present?

Yes -- Go to DL22. DL22 - Check PFE/DPFE Sensor Pressure Input Hose For Blockage

No -- Check EVR vent and vacuum hose to EGR valve for obstruction. If OK, replace EVR solenoid. Reconnect all lines. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
