fuel pump relay.

Key on.

Is fuel pump "OFF" with relay disconnected? Yes -- Replace
fuel pump relay. Rerun quick test.
Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions) No -- Service short to power in power-to-pump/Fuel Pump Monitor
(FPM) circuit.
Reconnect
fuel pump relay. Rerun quick test.
