X35 - No Engine Cooling Fan: Check Power Supply to CCRM

- Key "OFF".

- Disconnect Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM).

- Connect negative probe of Digital Volt/Ohm Meter (DVOM) to battery negative post.

- Check for voltage on Pins 3 and 4 at the CCRM vehicle harness connector.

- Is each voltage greater than 10.0 volts?

Yes -- Go to X36. X36 - Check Fan Motor Operation

No -- Service open in battery power circuit.
Reconnect CCRM. Re-evaluate symptom.
