TB9 - Check Continuity of the TCIL Circuit

- Key Off.

- Breakout box installed.

- PCM disconnected.

- Key On, Engine Off.

- Measure the voltage between Test Pin 79 and Test Pins 24 and 76 at the breakout box.

- Is the voltage reading greater than 2.0 volts?

YES -- REPLACE PCM. CYCLE the TCS to check operation of TCIL.

NO -- CHECK indicator bulb and fuse. If OK, open is in the wiring between the Ignition switch and Test Pin (79) at the harness connector. REPAIR as necessary.
