- Is fuel pump off with CCRM disconnected?

YES -- Key Off. REPLACE CCRM. RE-EVALUATE symptom.

NO -- Key Off. SERVICE Power-to-Pump/FPM circuit short to power. RECONNECT CCRM. RE-EVALUATE symptom.
