- Disconnect PCM.

- Key On, Engine Off.

- Is fuel pump off with PCM disconnected?

YES -- Key Off. REPLACE PCM. RE-EVALUATE symptom.

NO -- Key Off. GO to X181. X181 - Check Fuel Pump (FP) Circuit For Short to Ground
