X31 - Does Fan Always Run?

- Engine cooled so fan would not normally come On.

- A/C and defroster Off.

- Key On, Engine Off.

- Is the fan running?

YES -- Key Off. GO to X32 (to check for short to power). X32 - Check For Short In CCRM

NO -- Key Off. GO to X35 (to determine if a hard fault is present). X35 - Check FANM Input to Determine Intermittent or Hard Fault
