X53 - Check Continuity of Power-to-High Speed Fan Circuit



- Key Off.

- CCRM disconnected.

- Disconnect cooling fan.

- Measure resistance between the Power-to-High Speed Fan circuit pin at the cooling fan vehicle harness connector and Pins 6 and 7 at the CCRM vehicle harness connector.

- Are both resistances less than 5.0 ohms?

YES -- REPLACE cooling fan. RECONNECT all components. Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes

NO -- SERVICE open in Power-to-High Speed Fan circuit. RECONNECT all components. Rerun quick test. Diagnostic Subroutines (DSR) - Extracting Codes
