KT12 - Check Source Vacuum to IMRC Solenoid
- Manifold vacuum hose at Intake Manifold Runner Control System (IMRC) solenoid disconnected.- Start engine.
- Check for vacuum at the disconnected manifold vacuum hose.
- Is vacuum present at the hose?
Yes -- Reconnect all components. Return to Diagnosis by Symptom (Diagnostic Routines) for other possible causes of the symptom. Testing and Inspection
No -- Inspect vacuum supply hose to IMRC solenoid. Service as necessary. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
