B1318-4: Check Anti-Lock Module Power Circuit

Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance between fuse 9 (10A) and breakout box pin 14.

Is resistance less than 5 ohms? YES -- Go to B1318-5.
B1318-5: Check ABS Pump Motor Voltage NO -- Service circuit 16 (R/LG) for open. Restore vehicle. Retest system.
