Normal Operation
The speed control actuator receives a vehicle speed signal from the powertrain control module (PCM) through circuits 8-RE22 (WH/VT) and 8-PG18 (WH/BU).

Possible Causes
- Circuit 8-PG18 (WH/BU) open or short to ground
- Circuit 8-RE22 (WH/VT) open
- Speed control actuator
- PCM
