Normal Operation
The speed control actuator receives voltage from the deactivator switch on circuit 248 (TN/OG). The deactivator switch receives voltage on circuit 10 (LG/RD). Under increased braking pressure the deactivator switch will remove voltage from circuit 248 (TN/OG).

Possible Causes
- Fuse
- Circuit 10 (LG/RD) open
- Circuit 248 (TN/OG) open
- Deactivator switch
- Speed control actuator
