PINPOINT TEST F: THE SPEED CONTROL IS INOPERATIVE - FLASH WITH LAST SWITCH PRESSED, BUT NO DYNAMIC PULL OCCURS AT THE THROTTLE

Normal Operation
Immediately (0.25 second) after the static test has passed, the speed control actuator will carry out a dynamic test automatically by actuating the throttle lever from 1 to 10 mm (0.04 to 0.39 inches) of travel from the idle position.
