C-Pillar Trim Panel - Taurus, Sable

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the rear seat bolster.

2. Remove the C-pillar trim panel screw cover.

3. Remove the C-pillar trim panel screw.

4. Remove the C-pillar trim panel.
- Pull the forward bottom edge of the lower C-pillar toward the center of the vehicle.

- Separate the lower C-pillar from the D-pillar trim panel.

- Position the C-pillar trim panel toward the inside of the vehicle.

- Separate the C-pillar trim panel from the rear safety belt.

5. NOTICE: To avoid damage to the C-pillar trim panel, remove any retaining clips from the body and attach them to the C-pillar trim panel before installing.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
