Removal and Installation

3.7L vehicles

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to Jacking and Lifting Service and Repair.

2. Remove the 13 screws and the lower air deflector.





3. Disconnect the fog lamp electrical connector.

4. Remove the 3 screws and the fog lamp.

California Special

5. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to Jacking and Lifting Service and Repair.

6. Remove the 9 screws and the lower air deflector.

7. Disconnect the fog lamp electrical connector.

8. Release the tabs and remove the fog lamp bezel.





9. Release the locking tabs and remove the fog lamp.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.

5.0L vehicles

10. Remove the front bumper cover. For additional information, refer to Bumpers Service and Repair.

11. Remove the 3 screws and the fog lamp.

5.4L vehicles

12. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to Jacking and Lifting Service and Repair.

13. Remove the 13 screws and the lower air deflector.





14. NOTE: Use a 13 mm (0.5 in) diameter tool to collapse the tabs.

Release the tabs and remove the fog lamp.

- Disconnect the electrical connector.

All vehicles

15. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
