Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe - 3.5L

Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tube quick connect coupling from the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to Fuel System - General Information Service and Repair.

2. Disconnect the power brake booster aspirator hose from the ACL outlet pipe.

3. Loosen the 2 ACL outlet pipe clamps.
- To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

4. Remove the ACL outlet pipe.

5. NOTE: The ACL outlet pipe should be securely sealed to prevent unmetered air from entering the engine.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
