Canister Purge Solenoid: Testing and Inspection
PURGE SOLENOID VALVE INSPECTION [MZR 1.5]Airflow Inspection 1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See
Removal and Replacement.)
2.
Remove the purge solenoid valve. (See
Service and Repair.)
3.
Verify that the airflow is as indicated in the table.

If not as specified in the table, inspect the purge solenoid valve. (See
Service and Repair.)
