FLOOR COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the following parts:
a. Front scuff plate Front Scuff Plate Removal/Installation

b. Front side trim Front Side Trim Removal/Installation

c. Side wall Side Wall Removal/Installation

d. Center console box Center Console Box Removal/Installation

e. Console panel Console Panel Removal/Installation

f. Center console Center Console Removal/Installation

g. Shift lever knob (MTX) Service and Repair

h. Selector lever knob (ATX) Automatic Transaxle Shift Mechanism Removal/Installation

i. Shift panel Shift Panel Removal/Installation

j. Front console Front Console Removal/Installation

k. Joint cover Service and Repair

l. Rear scuff plate Rear Scuff Plate Removal/Installation

m. B-pillar lower trim B-Pillar Lower Trim Removal/Installation

n. Sub-trunk Sub-Trunk Removal/Installation

o. Third-row seat Rear - Third-Row Seat Removal/Installation

p. Second-row seat Rear - Second-Row Seat Removal/Installation

q. Front seat Front Seat Removal/Installation

3. Remove the fasteners.

4. Take the floor covering out from the opened door.

5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
