Front Seat Adjuster Track Finish Cover Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the push-in retainer on the front track cover.
2. Remove the front track cover.




3. For manual seat adjusters only, remove the track cover screw from the rear of the adjusters.




4. For power adjusters only, unsnap the track covers from the rear of the adjusters.



Installation Procedure





1. For power adjusters only, snap the track covers into the rear of the adjusters.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. For manual seat adjusters only, install the track cover screw into the rear of the adjusters.

Tighten the adjuster track cover screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the track covers into the front of the adjusters.




4. Install the push-in retainer onto the front track cover.
