Air Distribution Duct Replacement

AIR DISTRIBUTION DUCT REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the I/P trim pad.
2. Remove the defroster duct.
3. Remove the right side window defogger duct.
4. Remove the left side window defogger duct.
5. Remove the air distribution duct bolts.
6. Remove the air distribution duct from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the air distribution duct.
2. Install the air distribution duct bolts.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

3. Install the left side window defogger duct.
4. Install the right side window defogger duct.
5. Install the defroster duct.
6. Install the I/P trim pad.
