Front Fender Liner Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
2. Remove the screws from the front fender liner at the front bumper fascia.
3. Remove the screws from the front fender liner at the lower engine compartment side rail.
4. Remove the screws from the front fender liner at the wheel opening.
5. Remove the screws from the front fender liner at the lower rear of the fender.
6. Remove the front fender liner from the fender.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the front fender liner to the front fender.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the front fender liner screws to the wheel opening.

Tighten the front fender liner screws to 7 N.m (61 lb in).

3. Install the front fender liner screws to the lower rear of the fender.

Tighten the screws to 7 N.m (61 lb in).

4. Install the front fender liner screws to the lower engine compartment side rail.

Tighten the screws to 7 N.m (61 lb in).

5. Install the front fender liner screws at the front bumper fascia.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

6. Lower the vehicle.
