Rear Seat Head Restraint Replacement

Removal Procedure





Important: This procedure will require the aid of an assistant.


1. Fully extend the head restraint (1), out of the head restraint guides (2).




2. Insert a suitable size probe into the hole in the left hand restraint guide (1).
3. Depress the right-hand head restraint sleeve height adjuster lock and remove the head restraint
4. With the aid of the assistant remove the head restraint out of the guide.

Installation Procedure




1. Locate the head restraint (1) in the head restraint guides (2).
2. Install the head restraint by pushing it into the head restraint guides, listen for an audible click to confirm fitting.
