Removal and Replacement




Battery: Removal and Installation

Removal

1) Disconnect both negative and positive battery terminals.






CAUTION:
- Before servicing, turn the ignition switch off and wait at least three minutes.
- Disconnect negative battery terminal first.

2) Remove battery clamp nuts and battery clamp.
3) Remove battery cover.
4) Remove battery.

Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

Connect positive battery terminal first.
