Seat Temperature Control Module: Testing and Inspection




Inspection of Seat Heater Control Module (If Equipped)

Seat heater control module can be checked by measuring voltage and resistance at connectors.

NOTE:

If you connect a voltmeter directly to the seat heater control module by disconnecting the its connectors, you can damage the seat heater control module.

Never connect a voltmeter directly to any terminal on the seat heater control module by disconnecting the its connectors.

Voltage Check

1) Remove driver seat. Components
2) Remove seat heater control module from driver seat with connector connected.
3) Check terminal voltage using voltmeter.

NOTE:
- Confirm that battery voltage is 11 V or more.
- An "ignition mode" in the following table represents a power supply mode available with the keyless push start system. For more details, refer to Description of Keyless Engine Start Function Description of Keyless Engine Start Function.
