Suspension Caution
CAUTION:
Failure to use proper suspension fasteners or to perform proper maintenance / repair of suspension components can cause unsafe operating conditions.
- Replace suspension fasteners only with fasteners having the same part number or their equivalent. Do not use replacement parts of lesser quality or substitute design.
- Observe the specified torque value for each fastener to assure proper retention of components.
- Never try to repair any suspension part using heating, quenching, or straightening. Instead, replace the part with a new one.
