DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the parking assist ECU receives a hybrid control system malfunction signal from the hybrid control system via CAN communication.

1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT

(a) Clear the DTCs Advanced Parking Guidance System.

(b) Check for DTCs Advanced Parking Guidance System.

HINT
* The DTC is stored when a malfunction occurs in the hybrid control system.
* If troubleshooting and repair of a malfunction in the hybrid control system has been completed, DTC C1657 will not be output again when rechecking for DTCs.
* If DTC C1657 is output frequently, duplicate the problem symptoms and perform the inspection again, even though the DTC is not output when rechecking for DTCs How To Proceed With Troubleshooting.
