Installation

AUDIO / VIDEO: RADIO RECEIVER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

2. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET

(a) Install the No. 2 radio receiver bracket with the 4 bolts.





Torque : 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET

(a) Install the No. 1 radio receiver bracket with the 4 bolts.





Torque : 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)

4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CENTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 4 claws.





(b) Install the instrument cluster center finish panel sub-assembly with the 4 screws.





5. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

(a) Connect the connectors.

(b) Engage the 2 clips.





(c) Install the radio receiver assembly with bracket with the 4 bolts.

Torque : 11 Nm (112 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf)

6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL SPEAKER PANEL Installation

7. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL POSITION INDICATOR HOUSING ASSEMBLY Installation

9. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

10. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

11. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

12. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Installation

13. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Installation

14. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY Installation

15. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY Installation

16. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX CARPET Installation

17. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Seat Heater System) Installation

18. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System) Installation
