POWER DISTRIBUTION: POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU: REMOVAL
1. PRECAUTION
NOTICE:
After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work Service Precautions.
2. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY Removal
3. REMOVE NO. 1 DECK BOARD Removal
4. REMOVE NO. 2 DECK BOARD Removal
5. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX Removal
6. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH Removal
7. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
8. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
9. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY Removal
10. REMOVE ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH
(a) Disconnect each connector.

(b) Disengage the 3 clamps.
(c) Remove the bolt and 2 nuts, and ECU integration box RH.
11. REMOVE POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU
(a) Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and remove the power management control ECU as shown in the illustration.
