INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: ROOF SUNSHADE: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SUNSHADE HOUSING ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the sunshade housing assembly with the 11 nuts.

Torque : 5.8 Nm (59 kgf-cm, 51 in-lbf)

NOTICE:
Do not damage the sunshade housing assembly or body interior.

(b) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL ROOF PANEL REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the roof panel reinforcement sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 11 Nm (112 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf)

3. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE RAIL REINFORCEMENT

(a) Engage the 2 guides.

(b) Install the inner roof side rail reinforcement with the 3 bolts.

HINT
Use the same procedure for the other reinforcement.

4. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

5. CHECK ROOF SUNSHADE ASSEMBLY

6. INITIALIZE ROOF SUNSHADE ECU (SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY)
