Fastener Tightening Specifications





• 1 Always replace

• 2 Install the bolts with locking fluid (D 000 600 A2)

• 3 Only use bolts with a strength category of 10.9

• 4 Tightening specification affects the function of the knock sensor

• 5 Tighten in a diagonal sequence and in steps

Accessory Bracket Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specification





- Install bolts - 2 and 4 - hand tight.

- Install bolts - 1, 3 and 5 - hand tight.

- Tighten all bolts to 23 Nm in a diagonal sequence.
