1 Guide Rail

• Clipped onto the control housing.

2 Control Housing

3 Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 (N205)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Camshaft Adjustment Valves ] Camshaft Adjustment Valves.

4 Exhaust Camshaft Adjustment Valve 1 (N318)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Camshaft Adjustment Valves ] Camshaft Adjustment Valves.

5 Bolt

• 8 Nm + an additional 90° (1/4) turn.

• Install using liquid locking fluid (D 000 600 A2).

Checking the Strainer for Contaminants





- Unclip the strainer - 2 - from the rear of the control housing - 1 - and remove any possible contamination.
