F12 Checking Transmitter

Switch ignition off.
Replace central locking relay D/G.
Replace faulty transmitter.
(Mark the new transmitter temporarily with a piece of tape or similar.)

Reprogram the receiver module with the new transmitter. Refer to Power Door Lock Control Module. Service and Repair





Test the new transmitter by pressing the LOCK and UNLOCK keys.
Check that central locking system works.

If the central locking system activates:
The replaced transmitter is faulty.
Use the new transmitter.
Replace the remaining faulty transmitters and return to step F12.


NOTE: Program code in all transmitters to be used.


If the central locking system does not activate:
Go to step F13. F13 Checking Receiver Module
