Replacing flange plate

Special tools:
999 5112 GEAR SECTOR 999 5112 Gear Sector

Remove flange plate




Use gear selector 999 5112 GEAR SECTOR 999 5112 Gear Sector to block the flange plate.
Remove the bolts and take the flange plate off.

Install flange plate
Clean the surfaces from flange plate and crankshaft fixation.
Fit the bolts finger tighten.
Tighten the bolts to in two stages diagonally.
Stage 1: 45 Nm.
Stage 2: angle tighten 45 ° turn.
